Role overview
We are looking for a Software Developer to join Kastrelo and contribute directly to our technology & software work. You will work alongside our existing team on live client engagements from your first weeks, with support from senior colleagues as you get up to speed.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of software developer tasks across active client engagements.
- Work closely with colleagues across the team to keep delivery on track.
- Communicate progress and any risks clearly and early, rather than at the last moment.
- Contribute ideas for improving how the team works, not just the immediate task list.
